Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Our vans carry absolutely everything needed to get your home or vacation rental into a pristine shape. We only use quality retail cleaning products (we promise your home won’t smell like a school cafeteria), Quadruple filtration HEPA vacuums, high-end floor care products by Bona, ammonia free window cleaners and offer a phosphate free option with organic Method brand cleaning products.
I just booked my cleaning appointment online. Now what?
Once your booking is confirmed, all there is to be done is to lean back an relax. Our automated system will send you a three and a one day cleaning reminder (via email or SMS) and our friendly, skilled cleaning staff will show up on your chosen day & time and absolutely crush it. 😀
How long will my cleaning take?
A typical Regular Cleaning takes approximately an hour and half plus per bedroom. E.g. A two bedroom home will require about three to four hours of total labor. Add an hour per bedroom for a Deep Cleaning, or another hour and half for a Move Out cleaning. This total labor time is typically divided between the crew of 2-4 Hula Maids, so even the largest of jobs take only hours not days.
Do I need to be home to let Hula Maids cleaners in?
Depending on your comfort level, no. Key under the door mat, code to a lockbox or lock itself is perfect. Our staff is not only well trained, but also carefully screened and background checked.
